I also enjoy the one‐on‐one critiques and the Q&A sessions conducted by various conference instructors and speaker.
It’s always a treat to surround myself with fellow writers who are as new to and/or as passionate about writing as I am.
I get the latest insights from accomplished publishing professionals, including literary agents and bookstore owners.
I learn about how to pitch my work, then get give it my best shot by pitching directly to a seasoned agent or editor.
Celebrating with my fellow writers at the Poem or Page Networking Lunch, seated with other writers in my genre is a delight.
Creating a pledge and a plan of action to publish my manuscript through the EXCLUSIVE Pathway to Publication coaching program keeps me on track afterward.
Located in beautiful downtown Madison, the 30th annual UW Writers’ Institute was epic, with three and half days of learning, networking, and fun.
I also went in 2018 and loved it!
